We can act as the Registered Agent on behalf of the company and assist in receiving correspondence and attending to the preparation and lodgement of forms for required changes to the company details.
All directors of companies must apply for a Director Identification Number prior to appointment as an officeholder with the Australian Business Registry Services (ABRS)
